Dont think that you should not stain this wood. Just look at how the colors have come out with this dark stain. Admittedly its not what you first think of when you think of a driftwood coffee table – but it is certainly a different effect!

I have no idea how on earth they manageed to get this base to be so square. But the end result is simply astonishing – one of my personal favorites.
